Contract: Part Time, Permanent - 30 hours per week
Salary: Up to £20,502.86 pro rata per annum (full-time equivalent: £23,920)

Your Role
We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Fostering Recruitment Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be the backbone of our recruitment process, guiding prospective foster parents through their journey.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Being the primary contact for fostering applicants during their assessment, building strong relationships along the way.
- Processing all statutory checks from external agencies.
- Efficiently managing multiple applications simultaneously.
- Ensuring a smooth experience for applicants by adhering to deadlines.
- Updating our systems with all administrative tasks promptly.
- Handling all incoming correspondence via phone, email, and post.
- Collaborating closely with internal assessment teams and regional operational teams.
- Liaising with external individuals and organizations throughout the fostering assessment process.
Are You the One?
We’re looking for someone who possesses:
- Strong administrative skills, including database management and handling confidential paperwork.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- The ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative spirit, with the ability to work independently when needed.
- Clear, friendly, and confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
- GCSE Grade C or above in English and Maths, or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in the children’s services sector is a plus, but full training will be provided.
- Previous office administration experience is advantageous.
Working Conditions
