As our Product Support Manager, you will be at the forefront of ensuring our lift products are safe, compliant, and ready for the market. Collaborating with installation teams, suppliers, OEMs, and industry stakeholders, you will provide essential technical leadership across product safety, compliance, development, and installation support.
This is a permanent hybrid opportunity! You’ll start your journey at our Andover Head Office for a few months to complete your training and get familiar with the role before transitioning to a hybrid working arrangement.
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:30 AM - 5:15 PM, Friday 8:30 AM - 1:30 PM
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead product safety and compliance across our lift portfolio.
- Manage product investigations and corrective actions.
- Maintain technical documentation, testing records, and certifications.
- Drive product improvements with OEM partners and support new product development.
- Provide expert technical support, training, and guidance to installation teams and customers.
What We’re Looking For:
- NVQ in Lift Installation, CAD qualifications, or equivalent industry experience. An Engineering Degree is a plus!
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and other technical tools.
- Extensive knowledge of Lift Directives, Machinery Directives, and Building Regulations.
