Salary: £34,660.95

Location: Greater London (Covering Area Camden homes in Camden, Haringey & Islington)

Important: To be considered for this role, candidates must have relevant experience and qualifications, including 2 to 3 years in a similar position and a Children's Workforce Diploma or equivalent.

Your Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Provide strong leadership and coaching to ensure high-quality care and positive outcomes.
• Daily Oversight: Act as a key worker, overseeing daily practices and supporting continuous improvement.
• Compliance: Monitor adherence to Children's Homes Regulations, Quality Standards, and Health & Safety.
• Team Support: Work alongside the Manager/Senior team to uphold care standards and implement policies.
• Care Coordination: Manage placement plans and coordinate access to health, education, and therapeutic services.
• Documentation: Record and review key work, plans, and risk assessments to maintain compliance.

• Week 2: Wed, Thu (24 hours)
• Minimum average of 168 hours per month.
• 236 hours of annual leave, increasing by 12 hours each year for 3 years (up to 272 hours).
• Pension scheme after the qualifying period.
