Basic Salary: £14,117.74 (pro-rated for 21 hours per week)
FTE Salary: £23,529.57
Hours: 21 hours per week
Contract: 12 Month Fixed Term

Your Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Education Coordinator to join our fostering team in Nottingham. This is a fantastic opportunity to enhance your skills in a supportive environment focused on ensuring our young people receive the education they deserve.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and improve educational opportunities for looked-after children.
- Work independently while maintaining communication with team members and Foster Parents.
- Organize and analyze educational data to produce insightful reports.
- Maintain and utilize the CHARMS database (training provided).
- Deliver training packages to Foster Parents and staff.
- Attend meetings, take minutes, and contribute to discussions.
- Produce ad-hoc reports and assist with administrative tasks.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- A passion for improving educational opportunities for looked-after children.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Experience in supporting looked-after children and understanding their challenges.
- Experience working in educational or children's services settings.
- The ability to collaborate with multi-agency teams.
- Confidence in delivering training and presentations.
