Location: Home-based, FCA South East
Salary: £35 per hour

What We Are Looking For
Are you a motivated and passionate therapist or a therapy-trained social worker? We want you to help us deliver high-quality therapy services that create a nurturing environment for looked-after children and young people.
Your Role
As an Associate Therapist, you will:
- Provide consultation sessions for Foster Parents facing challenges.
- Collaborate with our team to address issues related to placements.
- Engage with external local authorities, social workers, and schools.
- Build strong relationships with new Foster Parents through group sessions.
- Facilitate workshops to enhance reflective therapeutic practice among staff.
What You Bring
We are looking for candidates who:
- Have experience in a fostering service or a similar environment.
- Can demonstrate strong administration skills and adherence to regulatory policies.
- Thrive in a fast-paced team setting.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must be qualified and accredited with one of the following professional bodies:
- BACP - British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy
- BPS - British Psychological Society
- HCPC - Health and Care Professions Council
- UKCP - UK Council for Psychotherapy
- PTUK - Play Therapy UK
