Salary: Up to £20,502.86 pro rata per annum (full-time equivalent £23,920)

Your Role
We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Fostering Recruitment Administrator to join our vibrant team! In this vital role, you will be the backbone of our recruitment process, guiding prospective foster parents through their journey with us.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for fostering applicants during their assessment.
- Build strong relationships with each applicant, ensuring they feel supported throughout the process.
- Process all statutory checks from external agencies efficiently.
- Manage multiple concurrent applications while adhering to deadlines.
- Keep our systems updated with all administrative tasks promptly.
- Handle incoming phone, email, and postal correspondence with professionalism.
- Collaborate closely with internal colleagues in assessment teams and regional operations.
- Liaise with external individuals and organizations as part of the fostering assessment process.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong administrative skills, including experience with databases and electronic filing systems.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player who can also work autonomously with initiative.
- Clear, friendly, and confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
- GCSE Grade C or above in English and Maths, or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in children’s services or a related field is a plus, but full training will be provided.
- Previous office administration experience is advantageous.
