Are you ready to make a significant impact in the world of surveying? We are seeking a passionate Land Surveyor to join our dynamic team based in Wymondham, Norfolk. This role is essential in providing accurate and reliable surveying support across various projects, including highways, drainage, and structures.
Location & Hours
Location: Wymondham, Norfolk – Hybrid working available
Hours: Permanent Full-time, 45 hours per week. We offer some flexibility on hours, so just let us know what works for you!

Your Responsibilities
As a Land Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in our projects. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Conducting topographic, 2D, and 3D surveys for highways, drainage, and structures.
- Operating modern surveying equipment, including robotic total stations and GNSS/GPS systems.
- Processing survey data and producing accurate drawings and 3D models using industry-standard software.
- Establishing and maintaining survey control points to support site activities.
- Providing clear technical guidance and survey information to site teams and stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if you:
- Have land surveying training, qualifications, or experience in a similar role.
- Hold a full driving license and are willing to travel to project sites as needed.
- Enjoy collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders, backed by strong communication skills.
- Are confident using surveying equipment, GPS technology, and survey mapping software.
- Possess excellent organizational skills, a keen attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
