Temporary Nanny, Job ID J1B4BC

A lovely family based in Christchurch, Dorset is looking for a Temporary Nanny to assist them in looking after their toddler and school-aged child. The family are looking for someone energetic, proactive, focused on developmental stages and easygoing. The nanny will also be expected to cook and prepare meals for the family. A driver who holds a full driving license would be a bonus but is not a must. This will be a temporary role from the 3rd until the 28th of March 2025.

A valid first aid qualification is a requirement for this position.

Working hours: Tuesday and Thursday for 16 hours per week on a flexible schedule

Duties include:

• Assisting with nappy changes and preparing bottles for infants
• Bathing and maintaining proper hygiene for the children
• Ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of the children Preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks tailored to the children
• Keeping children's bedrooms and play areas clean, organised, and tidy
• Engaging the children in interactive play, educational activities, and outdoor outings such as visits to the park
• Encouraging early literacy by reading books to the children
• Providing homework assistance and supporting the children's educational growth
• Establishing and maintaining consistent daily routines to support the children's structure and development
