Your Role: International Scientific Affairs Manager

We are excited to invite an International Scientific Affairs Manager to join our team, focusing on our Gynecological Surgical Solutions portfolio. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a scientific and clinical expert, driving the generation, interpretation, and communication of high-quality evidence to support the safe and effective use of our technologies across international markets.

As a key ambassador for Hologic, you will:

• Engage with international KOLs and support advisory boards and investigator-initiated research.
• Help position Hologic’s gynecological surgical solutions within clinical guidelines and standards of care.
• Contribute to the advancement of women’s health worldwide.

• Regular travel (approximately 40%) to attend scientific congresses and educational events across Europe and beyond.

What We Expect

• Proven experience in Scientific or Medical Affairs within the medical device industry, preferably with surgical devices.
• Experience in gynecology or women’s health is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to work across multiple countries, understanding clinical practice, regulation, and reimbursement differences.
• Confidence in engaging with healthcare professionals and KOLs on scientific and clinical topics.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and develop clear scientific narratives.
• A structured approach to managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Effective collaboration with colleagues from various teams, including Medical Affairs, Clinical, and Marketing.
