About the Role

As a Nursery Manager, you will be at the heart of our nursery, ensuring a nurturing and high-quality environment for children, families, and staff. This is a hands-on leadership role where your expertise will shine as you:

• Lead, motivate, and develop your nursery team
• Ensure compliance with EYFS and safeguarding standards
• Build strong partnerships with parents
• Drive occupancy and overall nursery performance
• Prepare for and lead Ofsted inspections
• Support staff development and wellbeing
• Create a positive, professional team culture

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should have:

Essential Qualifications:

• Full and relevant Level 3 Childcare Qualification
• Previous Nursery Management Experience
• Strong Knowledge of EYFS and Safeguarding
• Experience Leading Teams within Early Years
• A Passion for Delivering High-Quality Childcare and Education

Desirable Qualifications:

• Level 5 Qualification in Childcare, Leadership, or Management
• Experience Achieving Good or Outstanding Ofsted Outcomes
