Your New Role

Join us at De Lane Lea, where we partner with leading filmmakers and studios to deliver exceptional post-production for feature films and high-end television. We’re on the lookout for a talented Post Producer to oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring every production receives the highest level of service and creative excellence.

As the vital link between our clients and specialist post-production teams, you’ll coordinate talent, technology, and workflows to deliver outstanding results while building trusted relationships with some of the biggest names in entertainment.

Your Role Accountabilities

  • Manage feature films and episodic television projects throughout the facility, ensuring smooth operations and a first-class customer experience.
  • Understand and manage all deliverable requirements, including technical specs, onboarding processes, and QC workflows.
  • Provide detailed cost and billing analysis for each production.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels, actively assisting in the sales process.
  • Manage schedules for creatives, operators, and support staff across the picture department.
  • Present workflows to key clients, including during pre-production meetings.

Qualifications & Experiences

  • Solid experience as a Post Producer or Post Production Manager on studio-level features and high-end TV drama.
  • Excellent knowledge of feature film and episodic television post-production processes and industry-standard deliverables.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, with outstanding client handling skills and experience in generating new business.
  • Familiarity with Conditions of Service, Contracts of Employment, Health and Safety, and their impact on staff.
  • Understanding of Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden values, policies, procedures, and guidelines, including Health & Safety protocols.

Working Conditions

This role is advertised as Onsite, meaning all working hours and days will be carried out at the workplace. Subject to applicable laws, WBD reserves the right to change this working agreement as necessary for business needs, with reasonable notice.
