Your New Role

As our portfolio continues to grow, the Global Technology & Operations (GT&O) team is at the forefront of building media technology and IT systems that set the standard for excellence. You will play a crucial role in:

  • Supporting WBD Sports through a technology transformation across Europe.
  • Working within a hybrid architecture that combines on-premises and cloud solutions.
  • Collaborating with teams in London and Paris to manage engineering and support.

Your Role Accountabilities

As part of the M2P Engineering team, you will provide Tier 2 support and engineering expertise for MAM and post-production platforms. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing tickets escalated from Level 0 and Level 1 support teams.
  • Coordinating incident and problem follow-ups with internal and external teams.
  • Planning maintenance activities and monitoring platform health.
  • Collaborating with the Tier 3 engineering team to gather workflow requirements.
  • Designing centralized workflows across MAM and post-production platforms.

Qualifications & Experience

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Holds a degree in Technology, Engineering, Broadcast, or a related field.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English; French skills are a plus.
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced environment and able to perform under pressure.
  • A self-motivated team player with a commitment to high-quality customer service.
  • Experienced in Broadcast Technology with a minimum of 3 years in a support or engineering role.
  • Familiar with MAM and post-production tools, and have a solid technical background.

Working Conditions

This role is based in London, UK, with minimal travel expected. You will work on a hybrid model, combining remote and in-office work, subject to business needs.
