Your Role: International Scientific Affairs Manager

We are seeking an International Scientific Affairs Manager to focus on our Gynecological Surgical Solutions portfolio. In this pivotal role, you will:

  • Act as a scientific and clinical expert for our product range.
  • Drive the generation, interpretation, and communication of high-quality evidence to support the safe and effective use of our technologies across international markets.
  • Engage with international Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), support advisory boards, and facilitate investigator-initiated research.
  • Help position Hologic’s gynecological surgical solutions within clinical guidelines and standards of care.

What To Expect

In this strategically important and highly visible role, you will:

  • Collaborate closely with international KOLs, professional societies, and leading centers in gynecological surgery.
  • Drive and support evidence generation activities, including clinical studies and health-economic projects.
  • Develop and deliver impactful medical education programs and training for healthcare professionals.
  • Work in a dynamic, international environment with frequent cross-functional interaction.
  • Travel approximately 40% to attend scientific congresses, educational events, and site visits across Europe and beyond.

What We Expect

We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • Proven experience in Scientific or Medical Affairs within the medical device industry, ideally focusing on surgical devices.
  • Experience in gynecology or women’s health is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated experience working across multiple countries or regions, with an understanding of clinical practice, regulation, and reimbursement differences.
  • The ability to engage confidently with healthcare professionals, KOLs, and payer-facing stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and develop clear scientific narratives.
  • A structured approach to managing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Effective collaboration skills with colleagues from various teams including Medical Affairs, Clinical, Marketing, and Regulatory.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary based on your location:

  • UK: £64,000-£95,000
  • Belgium: €75,000-€125,000
  • Spain: €54,000-€100,000
  • France: €70,000-€120,000
  • Germany: €83,000-€145,000
  • Italy: €60,000-€120,000

The final offer will depend on your experience, skills, and alignment with our internal pay structures. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including pension and insurance options.
