As a Primary Class Teacher, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils with a diverse range of special educational and learning needs. Your efforts will help them gain independence and fully engage in the curriculum and school life.

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons aligned with the National Curriculum, tailored to meet the complex SEMH needs of all pupils.
• Support the class team in creating enriching learning opportunities and fostering positive behaviors.
• Monitor and report on pupils' progress, collaborating with staff to ensure every child's needs are met.
• Supervise pupils during non-classroom activities, including extracurricular events and school trips.
• Build strong, positive relationships with your pupils, encouraging interaction and promoting successful learning outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
• A strong educational background at degree level.
• Previous successful teaching experience.
• Experience working with pupils with SEMH in an educational setting.
• Proficiency in effective behavior management techniques.
• A commitment to professional development and a willingness to learn.
