Location: Home-based, FCA South East
Salary: £35 per hour

With our office located in London Bridge, our passionate team and Foster Parents are spread across the vibrant regions of Kent, Sussex, London, Southampton, Portsmouth, Bournemouth, and the Isle of Wight.
What We Are Looking For
Are you a motivated and passionate therapist or a therapy-trained social worker? We want you to help us deliver exceptional therapy services and enhance our therapeutic environment for looked-after children and young people. As an Associate Therapist, you will:
- Provide consultation sessions to Foster Parents facing challenges.
- Collaborate with team members to address issues related to placements.
- Engage with external local authorities, social workers, and schools.
- Build strong relationships with new Foster Parents through workshops and group sessions.
- Facilitate understanding of the therapeutic Foster Parent role.
- Support ongoing reflective therapeutic practice and learning with our staff.
Requirements and Qualifications
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- Experience working within a fostering service or a similar environment.
- Strong administrative skills and the ability to adhere to regulatory policies.
- A collaborative spirit to excel in a fast-paced team setting.
- Accreditation with one of the following professional bodies:
- BACP - British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy
- BPS - British Psychological Society
- HCPC - Health and Care Professions Council
- UKCP - UK Council for Psychotherapy
- PTUK - Play Therapy UK
