Your Role

As a PSHE/Careers Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the futures of our students. You will be responsible for:

  • Creating and delivering engaging programs of study in PSHE, Careers, vocational subjects, and ASDAN.
  • Motivating and encouraging young people to reach their full potential.
  • Maintaining high expectations and a clear vision of educational excellence.
  • Implementing outstanding classroom management practices.
  • Collaborating with a supportive team of teachers and teaching assistants.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • A passion for working with vulnerable young people.
  • Outstanding classroom ability and behavior management skills.
  • The flexibility to teach other subjects as needed.
  • A valid driving license for both manual and automatic vehicles.

Working Conditions

This is a full-time, permanent position during term time only, with the following hours:

  • Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday: 8:45 AM - 4:30 PM
  • Tuesday: 8:45 AM - 5:00 PM
