Position: Therapist - Fostering Contract
Location: FCA Yorks & Lincs - Sheffield
Salary: Up to £36,000 per annum, depending on experience

Your Role as a Therapist
We are on the lookout for a highly motivated and passionate Therapist to join our team. In this rewarding role, you will:
- Deliver high-quality therapy services to Foster Parents.
- Facilitate a therapeutic environment for looked-after children and young people.
- Conduct consultations, training, workshops, and group sessions.
- Collaborate with social work staff and other agencies to support children placed with Foster Parents.
- Build strong relationships with Foster Parents to enhance their understanding of therapeutic fostering.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- Experience working within a fostering service or a similar environment.
- Strong administrative skills and the ability to follow regulatory policies.
- A collaborative spirit to work effectively in a fast-paced team.
