Salary: Up to £20,502.86 pro rata per annum (full-time equivalent: £23,920)

Your Role
We are on the lookout for an engaging Fostering Recruitment Administrator to join our vibrant team! In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in the recruitment of foster parents across the community. You will own the administrative process for assessing prospective foster parents, guiding and advising applicants through their journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the primary point of contact for fostering applicants during their assessment, building strong relationships.
- Process all statutory checks from external agencies efficiently.
- Manage multiple concurrent applications while ensuring a smooth experience for each applicant.
- Update systems with all administrative tasks promptly.
- Handle incoming phone, email, and postal correspondence with professionalism.
- Collaborate closely with internal colleagues in assessment teams and regional operational teams.
- Liaise with external individuals and organizations as part of the fostering assessment process.
About You
- Strong administration skills, including maintaining databases and handling confidential paperwork.
- Proficient in the full Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with the initiative to work autonomously.
- Clear, friendly, and confident communication skills, both in writing and verbally.
- GCSE Grade C or above in English and Maths, or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in children's services or a related field is advantageous, but full training will be provided.
- Previous office administration experience is a plus.
