Position: Lift Repair Engineer

Company: Stannah

Type: Full-Time | Permanent

Salary: Up to £53,000 (including OTE) based on skills and experience

Additional Compensation: Overtime, call-out, and standby pay

Working Hours:

Monday–Thursday: 08:00 – 16:45
Friday: 08:00 – 15:45 (early finish)

Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We’re on the lookout for a passionate Lift Repair Engineer to join our dynamic team in Salisbury and the surrounding areas. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be at the forefront of keeping lifts running smoothly and reliably.

Your Local Patch:

  • Covering Salisbury and nearby areas
  • Structured local patch with no unnecessary long-distance travel
  • A mix of commercial, residential, and public sites

Your Responsibilities:

  • Performing repairs and fault finding on lifts
  • Diagnosing electrical and mechanical issues
  • Replacing and upgrading components
  • Responding to breakdowns and supporting call-outs
  • Ensuring lifts are back in service safely and efficiently
  • Completing site paperwork and maintaining accurate records

Qualifications:

Lift Engineer Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering (or equivalent)
  • Experience as a lift engineer (service/repair)
  • Full UK driving licence
