Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We’re looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic Regional Construction team based in Leeds. Here, you’ll be part of exciting projects ranging from £10M to £80M across various sectors including education, healthcare, leisure, and government.

Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be instrumental in ensuring the commercial success of our projects from tender to completion. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Advising on the financial viability of projects during early stages and tender processes.
- Organising procurement strategies and assessing returns from sub-contractors to achieve the best value.
- Negotiating with our supply chain to secure optimal commercial outcomes.
- Monitoring project expenditure against budgets through detailed Cost Value Reconciliation Reports.
- Collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders to provide commercial expertise and guidance.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if:
- You have experience with large two-stage bids and high-value construction projects.
- You possess expert knowledge of NEC and JCT contract conditions.
- You have a strong understanding of procurement and sub-contractor management.
- You’re confident in creating detailed commercial reports for senior stakeholders.
- You hold a relevant degree, HND, or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying.
- You have a valid full Driving License.
