Your Responsibilities
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will:
- Advise on the financial viability of projects during early stages and tender processes.
- Organize procurement strategies and assess returns from sub-contractors to achieve the best value.
- Negotiate with our supply chain to secure optimal commercial outcomes.
- Monitor project expenditure against budgets through detailed Cost Value Reconciliation Reports.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to provide commercial expertise and guidance.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if you:
- Have experience working on large two-stage bids and high-value construction projects.
- Possess expert knowledge of NEC and JCT contract conditions.
- Have a strong understanding of procurement and sub-contractor management.
- Are confident in creating detailed commercial reports for senior stakeholders.
- Hold a relevant degree, HND, or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying.
- Have a valid full Driving License.

Working Conditions
This position offers 40 hours per week with some flexibility on hours available. We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship for this role.
