Hours: 40 hours per week - some flexibility available!

Your Role
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be at the forefront of exciting projects ranging from £10M to £80M across various sectors including education, healthcare, leisure, and government. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the commercial success of our projects from tender through to completion.
What Will You Be Responsible For?
In this role, you will:
- Advise on the financial viability of projects during early stages and tender processes.
- Organize procurement strategies and assess returns from sub-contractors to achieve the best value.
- Negotiate with our supply chain to secure optimal commercial outcomes.
- Monitor project expenditure against budgets through detailed Cost Value Reconciliation Reports.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to provide commercial expertise and guidance.
What Are We Looking For?
This role is perfect for you if:
- You have experience with large two-stage bids and high-value construction projects.
- You possess expert knowledge of NEC and JCT contract conditions.
- You have a strong understanding of procurement and sub-contractor management.
- You’re confident in creating detailed commercial reports for senior stakeholders.
- You hold a relevant degree, HND, or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying.
- You have a valid full Driving License.
