Your Role
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be at the forefront of managing the commercial resources for exciting refurbishment and re-cladding projects valued between £5m - £15m. You’ll collaborate with a dedicated team committed to delivering high-quality projects that positively impact communities across London.
What Will You Be Responsible For?
In this pivotal role, you will:
- Manage commercial resources and maximize planned gross margin through careful contract placement and control.
- Tender, evaluate, and appoint subcontractors, while placing orders for materials and plant.
- Identify, negotiate, and agree on project variations with customers and suppliers.
- Measure, value, and agree on work progress to support invoicing and payment processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and the supply chain.
What Are We Looking For?
This role is perfect for you if:
- You hold a Degree or HNC in Quantity Surveying (desirable) and have relevant experience in a similar role.
- You possess strong communication skills and can effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
- You are highly organized, able to prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- You are confident using IT packages, including Microsoft Office and bespoke systems.
- You are collaborative, eager to share knowledge, and ready to support others while taking initiative when needed.
