Contract: Full Time, Term Time Only
Salary: £28,000 - £39,520 (dependent on experience)
Location: Wigan, Lancashire
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Your Role and Responsibilities
As an SEN Teacher, you will:
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons aligned with the National Curriculum, addressing the complex ASC & SEMH needs of all pupils.
- Support the class team in facilitating engaging learning opportunities and promoting positive behaviors.
- Monitor and report on pupils' progress, collaborating with other staff to meet individual needs.
- Supervise pupils during non-classroom activities, including extracurricular events and school trips.
- Build positive relationships with pupils to drive interaction and achieve positive learning outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- A suitable degree-level qualification.
- Previous successful teaching experience.
- Experience working with pupils with SEND in an educational setting.
- Strong behavior management skills and techniques.
- A commitment to professional development and a willingness to learn.
