Annual Salary
£35,651 plus £3,000

The Role
As a Cluster Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving performance in your base gym and across your cluster. Your responsibilities will include:
- Utilizing data insights to enhance performance across each gym, implementing clear plans to boost financial and operational results.
- Establishing effective ways of working and ensuring centrally driven activities are executed by your high-performing teams.
- Fostering talent development through a robust pipeline to support business growth and coaching all levels on the gym floor.
- Placing member experience at the heart of your cluster, using available tools to maintain exceptional service standards.
- Continuously assessing the needs of Personal Trainers and Fitness Coaches to ensure optimal performance and safety across all clubs.
- Supporting recruitment efforts for Personal Trainers and proactively seeking new talent.
Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will collaborate with a talented team of Cluster Managers and fitness professionals dedicated to creating an exceptional member experience. Together, you will cultivate a fantastic workplace for both your team and gym members.
