Your Role

As a Care Supervisor, you will play a vital role in our team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning and organizing care schedules effectively
• Being punctual and flexible to meet the needs of our clients
• Delivering outstanding customer service
• Working confidently both independently and as part of a team
• Understanding the intricacies of the care sector

Essential Skills

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• Experience in the Health and Social Care Sector
• Hands-on care experience
• Familiarity with care plans (full training will be provided on writing needs and risk assessments)

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

• 1 year of experience providing care (preferred)
• 1 year of supervisory experience (preferred)
• A valid Driving Licence
• Work authorization in the United Kingdom

Work Location

This position is both office-based and field-based, allowing you to engage directly with our clients.
