The Role
As a Nursery Third in Charge, you’ll help children learn, play, and grow in a safe, engaging environment. You will:
- Support the nursery leadership team by leading through positive role modeling and maintaining high standards.
- Guide and develop staff through coaching, supervision, and team collaboration.
- Build strong partnerships with parents and carers through effective communication and support.
- Help maintain staffing, ratios, and the smooth day-to-day running of the nursery.
About You
You’re compassionate, reliable, and committed to making a difference every day.
Essential:
- Level 3 childcare qualification
- Confident written and spoken English
Desirable:
- Experience in an Early Years setting
- Knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding best practices
