Your Role

As a Care Supervisor, you will play a vital role in our team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning and organizing care schedules effectively
• Providing excellent customer service
• Working both independently and collaboratively with your team
• Understanding and implementing care sector standards

Essential Skills

To thrive in this role, you should possess:

• Experience in the Health and Social Care Sector
• Hands-on care experience
• Familiarity with care plans (full training on writing needs and risk assessments will be provided)

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

• 1 year of experience providing care (preferred)
• 1 year of supervising experience (preferred)
• A valid Driving Licence
• Work authorization in the United Kingdom

Work Location

This position is both in-person at our office and field-based.
