Your New Role…
We are on the lookout for a passionate Data Analyst to join our Audiences & Data function. In this pivotal role, you will deliver high-quality analysis, reporting, and insights that inform commercial decision-making. Collaborating closely with the Advanced Analytics Lead, you will support the development of statistical analysis and analytical models that drive our success.
Your Role Accountabilities…
Own the delivery of day-to-day analysis and insights, transforming business questions into structured analytical outputs.
Analyze large, multi-source datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and performance drivers.
Support the execution of advanced analytical models (e.g., regression, segmentation, multivariate analysis) led by the Advanced Analytics Lead.
Prepare, clean, and validate datasets for modeling work, proactively identifying data quality issues.
Build and maintain dashboards and reporting outputs using tools like Power BI, Looker, or similar.
Collaborate with insights, commercial, and product teams to understand analytical needs.
Qualifications & Experience…
Experience in a data analyst, analytics, or insight role.
Proficient in SQL and experienced in analyzing data using Excel, Python, and/or R.
Skilled in creating dashboards or visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Looker, Tableau, or similar.
Familiarity with statistical modeling techniques (e.g., regression, segmentation, factor analysis).
Experience working with survey, audience, marketing, or perception data.
Knowledge of media, advertising, brand, or marketing effectiveness analytics.
Experience with cloud-based data platforms.
Working Conditions…
This role is offered as a Hybrid work model, combining remote and in-office work in line with our current company policy. Adjustments to this working agreement may occur based on business needs, with reasonable notice provided.
