Your Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of educators to create a nurturing and stimulating environment.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and nursery policies.

What We’re Looking For

• Qualifications: A relevant childcare qualification (Level 3 or above).
• Experience: Previous experience in a leadership role within a nursery setting.
• Passion: A genuine love for working with children and a commitment to their development.
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with children, parents, and staff.
