Your Role: Make an Impact!

As a key player in our Workforce Change and Restructuring delivery model, you will be involved in exciting projects across various entities. Your mission will be to:

• Drive and support allocated change programs.
• Collaborate with HR teams on restructuring, outsourcing, and new site setups, leveraging in-country HRBP, ER, and other specialist HR functions.

Key Accountabilities

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering the following:

• Project Initiation
• Due Diligence
• Consultation
• Implementation
• Communication Plan
• Governance and Risk
• Center of Excellence (COE)

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following skills and experiences:

• Proven experience in Workforce Change/Restructuring (highlighted in your CV).
• Experience managing relationships with unions and conducting consultations in unionized environments.
• Expertise in employee consultations and redundancy processes.
• Familiarity with TUPE projects/programs.
• Experience leading large-scale change initiatives, including international projects.
• Strong understanding of current employment legislation.
• Project management, change management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to navigate a highly matrixed organization with cultural sensitivity.
• Excellent analytical skills and confidence with data.
• Intermediate Excel skills, including data management, pivot tables, and vlookups.

Essential Experience

• Technical knowledge in consultancy, unions, redundancy, and relevant legal requirements.
• Demonstrated project management skills.
• Experience in structuring and tracking programs effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Excel for data manipulation and management.
