About the Role

Instead of being confined to one department, you’ll have the unique opportunity to work across various teams throughout our resort, ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience during their stay.

As a Team Member Plus, your week will kick off with cleaning our guest accommodations on Mondays and Fridays. The rest of the week? You’ll be exploring different areas such as:

• Sports & Activities
• Restaurants & Quick-Serve Food
• Bars & Shops
• Fairground
• Buffets

And who knows? You might find yourself working in more than one area at a time!

If you hold any of the following qualifications, we’d love to hear from you:

• FA Level 1 Football
• Archery GB ERCA
• High Ropes
• NCPLH Personal License

About You

We’re searching for high-spirited, fun-loving multi-taskers who thrive on learning and collaborating with a vibrant team. Don’t worry if you lack experience; we’re more interested in your attitude and passion for making a difference for our guests!

No experience? No problem! We’ll equip you with all the training you need to confidently navigate your role. You’ll benefit from a comprehensive 90-day induction plan and have a buddy to guide you through the ins and outs of your new position.

Every day will bring something new, and you’ll relish the variety of working alongside different team members and guests. You’ll engage with guests and be part of a team dedicated to enhancing their hospitality skills.

If you’re aiming for a career with Butlin’s, this role is a fantastic way to gain hands-on experience in our most guest-facing areas. Typical working hours cover 35 hours a week, and you must be aged 18 or over to apply. Live-in accommodation may be available for those relocating to the area.
