About the Role
At Butlin's, we live by our value of ‘Getting Stuck In,’ and this role embodies that spirit! As a Team Member Plus, you won’t be confined to just one department. Instead, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to work across the resort, supporting various teams and helping to create unforgettable experiences for our guests.
No two days will be the same! You’ll kick off your week by cleaning guest accommodations on Mondays and Fridays, while the rest of your week will take you into vibrant areas such as:
- Sports & Activities
- Restaurants & Quick-Serve Food
- Buffets
- Bars & Shops
- The Fairground
Sometimes, you may even find yourself working in more than one of these areas!
Exciting Opportunity: Did you know we also offer apprenticeships? For this role, you can explore options like the Food & Beverage Team Member Level 2, Frontline Cleaner Level 2, and Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship Training Courses. About You
We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic, fun-loving multi-taskers who thrive on learning new skills and collaborating with others. No prior experience is necessary—what truly matters is your attitude, energy, and a genuine passion for making a difference in our guests' experiences.
When you join us, you’ll benefit from a comprehensive 90-day induction plan and have a buddy to support you as you settle in. If you’re aiming for a career in hospitality, this role offers fantastic hands-on experience in some of our most guest-facing areas.
If you hold any of the following qualifications, we’d love to hear from you:
- FA Level 1 Football
- Archery GB ERCA
- High Ropes
- NCPLH Personal Licence Qualification
The Details
- Full-time role
- 30-35 hours per week, across 5 days out of 7
- Includes evenings and weekends
- Live-in accommodation available for those relocating
- Must be over 18
