Your Role
In this pivotal position, you will:
- Act as the Qualified Person for Procter & Gamble UK, ensuring batch certification, release, and maintenance of the certification register in accordance with UK legislation.
- Ensure compliance with robust GMP, GDP, and HACCP standards through effective documentation systems and vendor qualifications.
- Lead quality governance activities, including deviation management, CAPA tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage critical quality events such as incidents, complaints, and recalls, serving as the key interface with internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
- Prepare for and manage regulatory inspections while overseeing annual training plans to ensure personnel are well-trained and qualified.

What You’ll Bring
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- A degree in pharmacy, medicine, veterinary medicine, chemistry, pharmaceutical chemistry, or biology.
- Registration and approval as a Qualified Person with British Authorities.
- Solid experience in Quality Assurance and as a Qualified Person under UK regulations.
- Advanced knowledge of GMP and GDP requirements.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- A results-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership and urgency.
Working Conditions
This role is primarily based in Weybridge, with options available in Reading or Skelmersdale. Flexibility to travel periodically to the Skelmersdale site is required.
