Are you ready to take your project management skills to the next level? Sysco is on the lookout for an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic Enterprise Services team (HR, Finance, and Legal) on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is your chance to play a pivotal role in delivering technology initiatives that align with our business objectives and strategic priorities across Europe!
Your Role
As a Project Manager, you will:
- Lead the end-to-end management and delivery of complex technology projects.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
- Guide projects through the full lifecycle—from requirements gathering and solution design to implementation and transition into business-as-usual operations.
- Utilize established PMO governance standards and a blend of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders at all levels, including senior and executive leadership, to define project scope and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Develop and execute effective communication plans to keep all parties informed about project progress, risks, and key decisions.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A strong understanding of business processes and change management.
- Proven experience in project management and delivery within fast-paced IT or business transformation environments.
- Experience working with multiple 3rd party system integrators and external suppliers.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
Working Conditions
This role offers a hybrid working contract, requiring you to attend the office in Ashford, Kent or Hemel Hempstead three times a week. Flexibility with travel and commuting for project and team meetings is essential.
