Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Casual Residential Support Worker, you will:

  • Support young people with their daily routines
  • Build positive relationships and become a trusted adult
  • Help them develop confidence, life skills, and independence
  • Ensure they feel safe, supported, and encouraged every day

Experience with children or young people is a plus, but we welcome those new to this rewarding field. We’re committed to providing you with all the training and support you need to succeed!

What We’re Looking For

  • A Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Health and Social Care, or equivalent (or a willingness to work towards it)
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a car (travel required)
  • A friendly demeanor with strong communication skills to engage with children and colleagues
