Position: Part-Time Administrator
Location: Whitstable, Kent
Salary: £14,565.47 (actual pro-rated salary) / £20,391.65 (FTE)
Hours: 25 hours per week (8:30 am - 1:30 pm, Term Time Only)

Your Role

As a Part-Time Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our mission. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote the safeguarding and welfare of all pupils and visitors.
  • Initiate and act on initiatives to enhance the quality of life and wellbeing for both pupils and staff.

Daily Tasks:

  • Communicate effectively with ISP staff, professionals, parents, and local authorities.
  • Welcome visitors and manage school correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
  • Organize and attend meetings, taking minutes as needed.
  • Manage delegated budgets and petty cash for the Whitstable site.
  • Maintain school documents using SIMS & BehaviourWatch.
  • Support the Headteacher with various associated duties.

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Experience in developing systems and processes.
  • Proficiency in SIMS and budget management.
  • A collaborative spirit and the ability to relate well to children and adults.
  • A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and working under pressure.
