Position: Teacher

Contract Type: Full-Time, Term Time Only

Salary: £28,000 - £39,520

Contract Term: Permanent

Hours: 8.30am - 4.30pm

Your Role

We are on the lookout for an inspirational qualified teacher who has a passion for working with vulnerable children. If you have experience across Key Stages 3 and 4, particularly in Science and Maths, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
  • Plan, prepare, and present engaging lessons tailored to the diverse needs of your students
  • Implement our positive behaviour policy to help children become responsible citizens
  • Inspire a love of learning and motivate students to thrive

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Proven teaching experience
  • Experience with SEN, particularly in nurturing children with SEMH and ASC needs
  • Strong knowledge of the national curriculum, especially in Science and/or Maths
  • Excellent behaviour management skills
  • A reflective practitioner who understands therapeutic approaches to education
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs
  • Proven track record of delivering dynamic and engaging lessons

Working Conditions

The successful candidate will undergo an enhanced DBS check, which will be covered by ISP School Battle.
