To thrive in this role, you should meet the following criteria:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

  • Have previous successful teaching experience.
  • Experience working with pupils with SEMH needs in an educational setting.
  • Proficient in behavior management techniques.
  • Committed to ongoing professional development and eager to learn.
  • Willing to undergo an Enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check prior to starting work.

What We Offer You

  • A workplace that prioritizes the emotional health and well-being of everyone, including you!
  • Opportunities for professional growth through a variety of skill development programs.
  • The chance to make a significant impact on the lives of vulnerable children who deserve high-quality teaching in a safe environment.
