Your Role
We are on the lookout for an inspirational qualified teacher who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of vulnerable children. If you have experience working across Key Stages 3 and 4, particularly in Science and Maths, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach and inspire students at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
- Plan, prepare, and present engaging lessons tailored to diverse learning needs.
- Utilize our positive behaviour policy to foster responsibility and accountability.
- Motivate students to embrace learning and develop a lifelong love for education.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Proven teaching experience, especially with SEN and SEMH/ASC needs.
- Strong knowledge of the national curriculum, particularly in Science and/or Maths.
- Excellent behaviour management skills and a reflective approach to teaching.
- Understanding of therapeutic educational approaches.
- Ability to adapt lessons to meet individual student needs.
- Dynamic and engaging teaching style that captivates students.
