Salary: £50,000 per annum (with potential earnings of up to £55,000 through bonuses)
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Specific Hours: 40 hours per week

About the Role
As the Registered Manager, you will:
- Deliver high-quality, safe, and nurturing care for children aged 8-18 with social, emotional, and behavioral difficulties.
- Oversee day-to-day operations and lead staff practice, ensuring a child-centered and outcomes-focused approach.
- Maintain robust safeguarding systems and effective multi-agency working.
- Support and develop your team through supervision, mentoring, and care-focused training.

Requirements for the Role
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- A Leadership and Management qualification (or willingness to work towards one) along with NVQ Level 3 in Caring for Children.
- Strong knowledge of childcare and safeguarding, including relevant legislation and regulations.
- Experience in managing staff teams with excellent communication skills.
- A genuine passion for children's homes and a commitment to achieving the best outcomes for children.
