Salary: £34,660.95

Location: Greater London (Covering Area Camden homes in Camden, Haringey & Islington)

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care and positive outcomes for young people aged 11-18.
• Act as a key worker, overseeing daily practices and supporting continuous improvement.
• Lead and mentor staff, ensuring care plans and safeguarding standards are met.
• Manage placement plans and respond to safeguarding concerns.
• Coordinate access to health, education, and therapeutic services.
• Maintain compliance with Children's Homes Regulations and Quality Standards.

Requirements and Qualifications

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Hold a Children's Workforce Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.

Working Conditions

• Fixed rota pattern:
  • Week 1: Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat, Sun (60 hours)
  • Week 2: Wed, Thu (24 hours)
• Minimum average of 168 hours per month.
• 236 hours of annual leave, increasing by 12 hours each year for 3 years (up to 272 hours).
