With a base salary of £52,000 and the potential to earn up to £58,600 through bonuses, this is an incredible opportunity to join a provider with a strong reputation for excellence.

Your Role
As the Registered Manager, you will:
- Deliver high-quality, safe, and nurturing care for children and young people.
- Oversee day-to-day operations and lead staff practice.
- Drive continuous improvement in line with Area Camden's standards and regulations.
- Ensure robust safeguarding systems and effective multi-agency working.
- Mentor and supervise staff, ensuring care plans and safeguarding procedures are implemented effectively.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- A Leadership and Management qualification (or willingness to work towards one) and NVQ Level 3 in Caring for Children and Young People.
- Strong knowledge of childcare and safeguarding regulations.
- Experience managing staff teams with excellent communication skills.
- A genuine passion for children's homes and a commitment to achieving the best outcomes for young people.

This is a 40-hour per week role, with the Registered Manager managing their own rota and participating in the on-call rota.
