Role: Senior / Supervising Social Worker
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Basic Salary: Up to £43,626.47 per annum, dependent upon experience
Base Location: Remote - North East
Covering Area: Teesside and other areas of the North East

Your Role
As a Senior / Supervising Social Worker, you will be an integral part of our friendly and dynamic team, primarily working with Foster Parents in the Teesside area, with opportunities to support households in other parts of the North East.
- You will oversee the recruitment, training, assessment, support, and supervision of a diverse range of Foster Parents, ensuring high-quality placements for looked-after children.

About You
- You are an enthusiastic and committed self-starter, capable of working independently while maintaining strong connections with team members and Foster Parents.
- Excellent assessment skills and strong communication abilities (both written and verbal) are essential, along with good IT skills for high-quality report writing.
- You must be a qualified Social Worker with current Social Work England registration. While recent experience in fostering and children's services is desirable, we welcome applications from less experienced candidates as well.
- A solid understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures related to fostering and safeguarding is crucial.
- We are looking for innovative applicants who share our creative vision, whether you're new to fostering or an experienced supervising social worker.
