Position: Part-Time Administrator
Salary: £14,565.47 (actual pro-rated salary) / £20,391.65 (FTE)
Hours: 25 hours per week
Working Pattern: 8:30 am - 1:30 pm, Term Time Only

Your Role and Responsibilities:
As a Part-Time Administrator, you will play a crucial role in promoting the welfare and safeguarding of our pupils and visitors. Your responsibilities will include:
- Enhancing the quality of life and wellbeing for both pupils and staff.
- Communicating effectively with ISP staff, parents, and external professionals.
- Managing school correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
- Arranging and attending meetings, taking minutes as required.
- Overseeing the delegated budgets and petty cash for the Whitstable site.
- Maintaining school documents using SIMS & BehaviourWatch.
- Supporting the Headteacher with various tasks as needed.

- Experience in developing systems and processes.
- A solid understanding of SIMS.
- The ability to work within budgets and monitor expenditures.

- Confidentiality and the ability to work under pressure.
Working Conditions:
This is a part-time position with the potential to grow into a full-time role as our pupil numbers increase. The successful candidate will undergo an enhanced DBS check, which will be covered by ISP School.
