In this pivotal role, you’ll lead a skilled team of Lift Engineers and subcontractors, guiding them to achieve our Minor Repairs Plan objectives across all makes and models of lifts. This is more than just a job; it’s an opportunity to shape, motivate, and develop your team while ensuring they deliver exceptional service that aligns with our values and meets the highest Health & Safety standards.
Based at our Mansfield Service Branch, you’ll enjoy regular travel across the region. A full UK driving licence is essential for this role.

Working Hours
Monday to Thursday, and Friday
Your Responsibilities as a Field Repair Manager:
- Efficiently plan engineer workloads, including the allocation of repair works.
- Maintain a diverse portfolio of projects.
- Manage team performance, absence, and appraisals.
- Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety procedures, conducting risk assessments and method statements.
- Carry out regular site monitoring to maintain high standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing any queries and complaints.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous experience in the lift industry or a similar service industry with transferable skills is essential.
- Relevant management qualifications are desirable.
- Qualified to a minimum NVQ level 3 in Lift Engineering.
