With our office located in London Bridge, our passionate team and Foster Parents are spread across Kent, Sussex, London, Southampton, Portsmouth, Bournemouth, and the Isle of Wight.
What We Are Looking For
Are you a motivated and passionate therapist or a therapy-trained social worker? We want you to help us deliver high-quality therapy services and enhance our therapeutic environment for looked-after children and young people.
As an Associate Therapist, you will:
- Provide consultation sessions to Foster Parents facing challenges.
- Collaborate with our team to address issues related to placements.
- Engage with external local authorities, social workers, and schools.
- Build strong relationships with new Foster Parents through group sessions.
- Facilitate workshops to promote reflective therapeutic practice among staff.

Requirements and Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who:
- Have experience working within a fostering service or a similar environment.
- Can demonstrate strong administrative skills and adherence to regulatory policies.
- Thrive in a fast-paced team setting.
- Are qualified and accredited with one of the following professional bodies:
- BACP - British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy
- BPS - British Psychological Society
- HCPC - Health and Care Professions Council
- UKCP - UK Council for Psychotherapy
- PTUK - Play Therapy UK
