Integrated Services Programme (ISP)
Base Location: Chesham
Covering Area: Aylesbury, Bracknell, Reading, and Woking
Salary: £29,600 per annum (£37,000 FTE)
Hours: 4 days per week, 28 hours

Your Role
As a Supervising Social Worker, you will play a crucial role in supporting foster parents and ensuring the highest standards of care for children. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing direct support to foster parents with a manageable caseload for effective supervision.
- Conducting regular supervision sessions to monitor practice and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborating with children, young people, foster parents, and other professionals to facilitate participation in assessments and decision-making related to safeguarding and child protection.
What We’re Looking For
We seek a qualified and experienced Social Worker who is enthusiastic and committed to fostering. You should have:
- A Social Work England-recognised qualification in Social Work or equivalent.
- Previous experience in children and families social work.
- A desire to work within a therapeutic model of childcare.
- A comprehensive understanding of relevant legislation pertaining to children’s services.
- A full driving licence with unrestricted access to your own car.
Working Conditions
This is a demanding yet rewarding position that combines quality assurance and training for foster parents. You will need to be an excellent report writer and able to meet strict deadlines.
