Your Role

We are on the lookout for compassionate and motivated Casual Residential Support Workers to join our Southampton team. Each day will bring new challenges and rewards as you support young people, build positive relationships, and help them reach their full potential. Experience is not a must; what matters most is your attitude, willingness to learn, and genuine desire to help others. We’ll provide comprehensive training to ensure you feel confident from day one.

What Will You Do?

As a Casual Residential Support Worker, you will:

• Support young people with their daily routines
• Build positive relationships and become a trusted adult
• Help them develop confidence, life skills, and independence
• Ensure they feel safe, supported, and encouraged every day

While prior experience with children or young people is beneficial, we welcome those who are new to this field. We’ll equip you with all the training and support you need to thrive in this role.

What We’re Looking For

• Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Health and Social Care, or equivalent (or a willingness to work towards it)
• A friendly demeanor with strong communication skills
• Willingness to complete an enhanced DBS check (cost covered by us)
