Position: Full-Time | Permanent
Salary: Up to £60,000 (including OTE) based on skills and experience.
Working Hours:
Monday–Thursday: 08:00 – 16:45
Friday: 08:00 – 15:45 (early finish)
Are you ready to take your career to new heights? We’re on the lookout for a passionate Lift Service Engineer to cover a dedicated route across Edinburgh and its surrounding areas. You’ll be the go-to expert for servicing lifts, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring everything runs smoothly and safely, all while having the support of a local team when you need it.
Your Patch:
- Covering Edinburgh and nearby areas
- Structured route (no random national travel)
- A mix of commercial, residential, and public sites
- Mostly staying within your allocated area
Lift Engineer Responsibilities:
- Performing servicing, repairs, and routine maintenance
- Responding to breakdowns and callouts
- Diagnosing faults and getting lifts back up and running
- Ensuring sites are safe and compliant
- Completing site logs and basic paperwork
Lift Engineer Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering (or equivalent)
- Experience as a lift engineer (service/repair)
- Full UK driving licence
